Inspired by the Jura Forests

At Boxis, we designed our series models using woods sourced from the forests of the French Jura.

The bodies of our guitars are made from ash, a wood known for its natural resonance. It offers a balanced tone with deep bass, clear mids, and bright highs, ensuring great dynamics and a quick response to playing nuances

The neck is made from maple, a wood that provides excellent stability and a crystal-clear sound. It produces a precise and punchy tone, ideal for sharp attacks.

Finally, the fretboard is crafted from walnut, a wood prized for its warmth and rich tonal qualities. Walnut combines smooth mids with balanced highs, creating a warm, rounded sound, perfect for expressive and nuanced playing.

Ultimate Flexibility for Your Sound

Our guitars are innovative, and yes, you have the option to order a new pickguard equipped with a pre-wired pickup configuration at any time. This allows you to switch from the clear, precise sound of a single-coil pickup to the power and warmth of a humbucker in no time.

The system is fully pre-wired, meaning no soldering is required. Simply unscrew the old pickguard and replace it with the new one, all in just a few minutes.

Instead of investing in a new guitar, you can simply order a new pickguard to transform your sound and explore new pickup configurations.
